Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community in Battersea SW11. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning across all year groups, from EYFS to Year 6, covering classes during teachers' PPA time.
PPA Teacher Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and effective teaching across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching.
- Follow the school's curriculum and policies while bringing creativity and innovation to lessons.
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
PPA Teacher Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across different year groups.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil development.
