Middlesex, Uxbridge - Hybrid Working Available

Monday - Friday shifted between 8am-6:30pm

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000, plus on average £4,200 yearly in commission

The Company

My client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition and are in The Times Top 100 Companies to work for.

This exciting opportunity to work for a well-established and expanding Accident Management Company who look to provide clients with replacement vehicles following a non-fault accident. The company have been established for over 27 years and are currently going through a period of significant growth and as a result of this are looking to recruit for a First Response Agent to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a variety of resources to investigate key factors such as causation, accident-related damage and fraudulent behaviour
  • Sell the company and our many benefits to maximise hire opportunities
  • Manage new customer referrals procured by various partner companies
  • Facilitate the arrangement of a replacement vehicle while theirs is off the road
  • Making commercial decisions for the benefit of the business
  • Empathetic management of multiple client accounts
  • Identify key requirements for replacement vehicles

Key Skills and Knowledge:

  • Great on the phone and ideally previous call handling experience
  • A confident communicator
  • Friendly bubbly individuals who value teamwork
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Have an interest in further developing your skills and experience
  • Maintain good levels of communication
  • A high level of customer service
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook

The Ideal Candidate:

This role would suit someone who is bubbly, friendly and who has a great passion for customer service. The role calls for someone who is eager to learn and a strong team player.

Hours:

0800-1630, 0930-1800, Mon - Friday

Approx one Saturday per month 0900 - 1500 paid on top of salary
