**Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs around the school to ensure the premises are in excellent condition.
- Security: Oversee the security of the school, including opening and closing the premises, and ensuring all facilities are locked and secure at the end of each day.
- Health & Safety: Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, identifying and addressing any potential hazards.
- Cleaning & Upkeep: Supervise cleaning staff and manage the upkeep of the school grounds, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.
- Contractor Liaison: Oversee and coordinate with external contractors for larger maintenance projects, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
