About the Role:

As a

Content and Merchandising Manager

, you will be the key player in optimising and managing the performance of our clients D2C e-commerce websites. You will work closely with product, trading, and creative teams to drive content strategies, boost online conversion rates, and manage site merchandising.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy mixing content management with merchandising and have a passion for improving customer experiences, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Site Management (40%)

  • Oversee site management, workflows, and align with product and trading teams to brief content and creative.
  • Create high-quality content that drives product conversion, promotional success, and organic SEO improvements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content, promotions, and campaigns on the website.
  • Communicate progress and key milestones with stakeholders across the business.

Merchandising & Site Optimization (30%)

  • Manage merchandising across the site using CMS tools, collaborating with data, product content, CRO, and trading teams.
  • Monitor site performance using GA and other data platforms to analyze key customer journey pages.
  • Identify opportunities for site optimization and act proactively to enhance performance.

Campaign & Product Launches (20%)

  • Coordinate timelines for campaigns and product launches with brand and product teams.
  • Manage the content team (copy and page builds) to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Work closely with creative, development, product, and CRO teams to deliver successful launches.

Supplier Relations & Revenue Growth (10%)

  • Collaborate with the trade team on rate cards and with marketing teams on supplier-funded content and campaigns.
  • Measure, report, and optimize supplier activity to maximize revenue potential.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in e-commerce (B2C) is essential.
  • Proven expertise in content creation, merchandising, and driving online retail performance.
  • Strong project management skills, coupled with creativity and a data-driven approach.
  • Previous management experience and a desire to grow a team.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a focus on results.
  • Interest in tech, gaming, or consumer electronics is advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to build strong internal relationships with designers, traders, and data analysts.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
