Jackson Hogg is supporting a fantastic Newcastle based organisation on the appointment of an Accounts Payable Supervisor.
As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will:
- Lead a small Accounts Payable team, providing guidance and support.
- Act as the 'go-to' expert for all accounts payable queries within your assigned region.
- Develop and upskill your team through regular 1:1s, monthly check-ins, and appraisals, ensuring their growth and success.
- Efficiently manage the AP inbox, responding to queries and maintaining clear communication.
- Handle multi-currency invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Resolve discrepancies and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Previous experience in Accounts Payable and people management is desirable.
