  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, advisers, and paraplanners
  • Contributing positively to team dynamics and morale
  • Communicating effectively with clients via various channels
  • Willingness to engage in occasional business projects

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a financial planning environment
  • Knowledge of investment products such as ISAs, Pensions, and Bonds
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems
  • Ability to challenge existing processes constructively
  • Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Self-driven attitude towards personal development
  • CII or RO part-qualified preferred
