My client, within Financial Services, are looking for a F5 Engineer for a project for 6 Months.
The role is Fully Remote and the Day Rate is £550 P/D.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver on premise configuration across F5, DNS, and routing and switching environments Implementation of LTM across global Web suite change work will be required outside of core hours
- Configure existing LTM and assist with enabling WAF in F5. -Troubleshooting and vendor management in case of error in the environment and functionality -Create supporting design, execution and change management documentation -Ensure that Service Delivery Targets are met for services.
- Develop automation capabilities to reduce infrastructure complexity and manual effort -Collaborate and communicate with business stakeholders and IT teams
- Planning, design, and implementation in case of maintenance activities
KEY SKILLS
- Strong hands-on experience with designing, configuring, and troubleshooting F5 LTM
- SME in LTM
- Experience of implementing new LTM packages.
- Working knowledge of DDI (DNS, DHCP and IPAM), Cisco routing & switching.
- Writing custom irules to assist defence against DDOS attacks.
- Experience of checkpoint firewalls.
