Role - Legal Cashier
Financials - Up To £30,000
Location - Preston

Upon starting your new role, you will receive a one-time payment of £1000 within 14 days of your employment commencement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions such as payments and deposits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Handle client funds in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with financial reporting and budgeting.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial documents for audits or legal proceedings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in handling financial information.
  • Assist with responsibility for the company's financial matters and interests.
  • Record all transactions in the appropriate manner.
  • Communicate with fee earners when receiving payments.
  • Keep track of all banking on a daily basis and manage the accounts system.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2/3 years of experience within a legal company
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to carry out tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be able to manage own workload efficiently
  • Excellent IT and Bookkeeping skills
  • Understanding of SRA Accounting rules is a must
  • Experience in both office and client accounts
  • Formal financial qualifications are a major advantage, however not mandatory.

The successful candidate for the specified position shall be entitled to receive a one-time payment of £1000 as a signing bonus, funded solely by NPA Recruit LTD. This payment shall be disbursed to the candidate within 14 days from the date of their commencement of new employment, subject to the agreed upon terms and conditions.
