Job Title: Junior Financial Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial plans and reports for clients.
- Providing administrative support to the financial planning team, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Liaising with clients and financial institutions to gather necessary information.
- Supporting the team in organizing client meetings and appointments.
- Assisting with the implementation of financial recommendations and strategies.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in pursuing a career in financial planning or wealth management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- 1+ years experience in an administrative role is essential.
