This is an exciting opportunity for a professional, highly organised, and conscientious person to work within the Dean's Office for the School of Computing and Engineering.

As a member of the executive support team, you will provide professional and comprehensive administrative support to members of our School Management Team. You will have experience working in a busy and varied administrative role in an office-based environment and have a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality.

Educated to degree, or equivalent, level qualification, or able to demonstrate equivalent work-based experience and personal development, you will be organised, motivated and have a flexible approach both in terms of job task and working hours as you may be required to work occasional evenings and weekends. You will be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and be able to work successfully as part of a team, with the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships.
