- Capacity disputes.
- Will validity disputes.
- Equitable estoppel.
- Constructive trusts.
- Administration disputes.
- 1975 Act cases.
- Managing and running a caseload independently.
- Working within a supportive team while seeking guidance when needed.
- Ensuring excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
