Our client is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Presentations Specialist to join their Global Corporate Finance Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, creating visually compelling materials for internal and external clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. What you'll do:
As a Presentations Specialist, your role will involve the creation and formatting of various documents such as pitch-books, proposals, and other types of presentations. You will engage directly with stakeholders, ensuring clarity of information through your creative design solutions. Your ability to produce timely presentations while maintaining brand consistency will be crucial in this role. Furthermore, you will be expected to build strong team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as required.
- Produce timely presentations demonstrating brand consistency and accuracy
- Engage directly with stakeholders to ensure understanding of the information being conveyed
- Use creativity in terms of colour, imagery, layout and infographics to enhance presentations
- Encourage and seek feedback to evaluate service standards
- Build team relationships both locally and globally, collaborating on projects as required
- Enhance presentation proficiencies by utilizing learning & development opportunities and tools
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Presentations Specialist role is someone who brings advanced technical knowledge of MS Office Suite along with a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other similar advanced applications. Your proficiency in English language coupled with excellent oral, written, and grammar skills will be highly valued. A strong attention to detail is required along with the ability to think creatively and critically. Your ability to handle sensitive information with discretion while thriving under pressure in a fast-moving environment will set you apart.
- Proficient in English language with excellent oral, written, and grammar skills
- Advanced technical knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other similar advanced applications is an asset
