Finance Analyst

Robert Half are pleased to be partnering with a large organisation based in Witney to recruit a Finance Analyst. The Finance Analyst will receive a salary of up to £50,000 along with other attractive benefits including hybrid remote working!

This is a progressive position and would best suit a dynamic individual who is looking to develop their career.

Primary responsibilities;

  • Work with a breadth of stakeholders, including 100+ managers from our branch network and central functions such as Marketing and M&A
  • Deliver robust, insightful analysis of weekly business performance and monthly operational board packs
  • Provide timely ad-hoc analysis of financial and non-financial drivers using Excel and PowerBI
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, including the evolution of our Anaplan budgeting tool
  • Work to a high level of accuracy whilst managing multiple priorities and deadlines with your stakeholders

Key experience and attributes;

  • Competent in Excel with a desire to progress skills to an advanced level
  • Experience of handling financial and non-financial datasets
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Qualified or studying towards a recognised accountancy qualification
  • Able to influence through developing relationships across the business
  • A good team player with a proactive attitude
