About the role:
Hours: Mostly evening shifts from 4.30pm to 8.30pm and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure their customers have an amazing experience every time.
- Passionately guiding their customers with positive impactful conversations to enhance their health & wellbeing
- Exceed expectations with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Handle membership enquiries, retail & stock assistance, sales
- Oversee In-Studio sessions, Fire & Ice experiences and assist with studio preparation & upkeep.
- Manage front desk duties, including welcoming guests, processing payments and preparing refreshments.
- Support in organising studio events and activities.
