Konker is working with an award-winning consultancy practice that is expanding its team and is on the hunt for talented Part 1 Architectural Assistants to join their Plymouth office!
This growing consultancy was established over 50 years ago and has been at the forefront of the industry for over five decades.
They have seven offices across the South of England and one in the North, they are a Building Top 150 consultancy offering a wide range of services including Architectural, Interior Design, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management & Building Services Engineering.
As a Part 1 Architectural Assistant at this consultancy, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple sectors, including residential and commercial development, education, social housing, industrial and much more.
Why This Position:
Part 1 Architectural Assistant
- Working across a variety of RIBA Stages
- Use AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Suite
- Mentoring & support from a Senior Architect / Associate
- Draw up existing and proposed plans,
- Produce working drawings, building regulations, and construction information
- Work in a relaxed working environment
The salary for this Part 1 position ranges from £21,000 up to £24,000 for the right candidate.
