DCT Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor in Manchester who has residential experience and PQS experience. Working as part of the Manchester QS team, the role will involve the provision of a full range of pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services across commercial, residential, public, and private sectors. It is therefore important that potential applicants can demonstrate a wide variety of experience.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for candidates who are:

Experienced across sectors, residential (essential) commercial development/higher education/health (desirable)

Banking / monitoring experience not essential but desirable.

NHS and IMS experience an advantage.

MRICS qualified or working towards.

Able to work independently on their projects at any RIBA stage (pre-contract/post-contract).

Experienced at working on JCT (essential) and NEC forms of contracts (desirable).

Excellent at building client relationships.

Skilled at analysing and sorting data into an understandable form.

Able to work with limited occasional supervision, to a high standard.

Aware of B Corporation objectives: social value and an interest in sustainability.

Consultancy experience is desired.
