They are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. Duties for the Social Media Assistant:
- Get involved in exciting social media campaigns that capture attention and engagement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that resonates with their audience
- Monitor and analyse social media trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Formatting content appropriately
- Creating monthly content plans
- Engaging with followers, replying to comments etc
- Editing content and reels
- Helping to make digital ads
- Working on site and on set to capture content
- Helping ensure consistency between Newsletters, social media and the website
Preferred Requirements for the Social Media Assistant:
- Demonstrable commercial experience managing social media platforms for business or personal projects
- Excellent written communication skills with a flair for crafting engaging and creative content
- Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for visual aesthetics and an understanding of what resonates with diverse audiences
- Social media experience must include platforms such as Instagram, Tik-Tok, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest
- Have an understanding of what is brand appropriate for a luxury high end brand
- Understanding screen ratios
- Be confident and switched on
- Ideally have an interest/passion in fashion and beauty
Preferred Qualifications for the Social Media Assistant:
- Relevant degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field such as photography or art.
- Additional training or certifications in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing and engaging a social media audience in a commercial environment
- Ideally experience within the fashion/beauty industry
Salary and Package for the Social Media Assistant:
c. £25,000
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm but flexible where needed
Free parking
