CASS Audit Manager/Senior Manager
Our client is seeking a skilled CASS Audit Manager/Senior Manager to join their dynamic team. As a CASS Audit Manager/Senior Manager, you will be the principal contact for clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and CASS audits, and related FCA regulations. Responsibilities:
- Principal contact for clients on day-to-day matters, from planning through to completion of assignments and building effective working relationships with clients and staff at all levels
- Training, supporting and delegating to team members, ensuring deadlines and demands are met by the wider client engagement team and providing feedback as and when required
- Preparing and monitoring budgets and issuing client fees
- Maintaining an up-to-date technical knowledge for statutory and CASS audits, and related FCA regulations
- Ensuring internal and external expectations are achieved, including supporting the leadership team in setting and delivering strategic targets
- Supporting opportunities to promote the business in the wider marketplace
- Acting as an ambassador for the firm
- Contributing to new opportunities and securing new work, with the support of the wider senior management team and Business Development team
Required Skills:
- ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA qualified accountant (or equivalent)
- Strong industry and technical knowledge, ideally within wealth and investment management
- Relevant experience in managing multiple client portfolios, ideally within a practice setting
- Excellent communication skills and to be able positively impact and influence others
- Relevant experience within a CASS Specialist role or a similar role is preferred
