Working for this national timber manufacturing business as HR Administrator, you'll act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the wider business meaning you'll need to be confident at building relationships. This role will see you providing support across the entire employee lifecycle.

Salary – Up to £26,000 Per Annum

Location – Dunfermline – Hybrid 3 days from home

Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-5 / Mon-Fri

The Role

Reporting to the HR Shared Services Team Leader, you will provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and Site Managers, you will handle core HR administration, system updates, and day-to-day queries. Responsibilities include managing administration for starters and leavers and overseeing HR enquiry mailboxes.

We are looking for a driven and passionate personality, someone who likes to be supportive and enjoys building meaningful relationships. You'll be speaking to a lot of people on the phone, so a confident telephone manner is important. We are open to graduates and experienced administrators who are looking to step into the HR space. Fully supported CIPD training is available within this role too!
