We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Cashier within the heart of London's West End, working alongside one of Cobalt's longstanding clients. This role is with a specialised managing agent, where you will play a crucial role in handling the posting and processing of reciepts.
Duties:
- Process receipts and cheques.
- Handle client payments and occupier refunds.
- Manage account transfers using the chosen banking system.
- Reconcile and analyse daily and monthly control bank accounts, addressing any issues.
- Collaborate with Credit Control on unallocated cash items and occupier coding.
- Monitor compliance, initiate audits, and coordinate with service partners.
Person specification:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate across various levels, as you will be meeting with external stakeholders from time to time.
- Experience from a previous / similar role.
