This strategic role involves evaluating the architecture of Unit 4, with a focus on optimising Forms, Service Calls, Workflows, Security, and procurement and finance setups. • Provide insightful advice on optimising workflows, service calls, and form setups within Unit 4.
  • Collaborate closely with our Managed Service Provider and Unit 4 to strategise and implement recommended solutions.
  • Share insights and knowledge with internal teams, aiding skill transfer and supporting a smooth transition to BAU (Business As Usual).
  • Present findings and progress reports to senior stakeholders and board members as required.

About You:

  • Extensive experience in technical architecture, ideally within the Unit 4 environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make clear, actionable recommendations for complex system setups.
  • Familiarity with workflows, service call setups, and procurement and finance architecture within Unit 4.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior boards and provide knowledge-sharing sessions for in-house teams.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional travel to Reigate, Surrey for key meetings (expenses for travel are not covered).

Benefits of the Role:

  • Opportunity to shape and stabilise a critical project within a supportive, collaborative team.
  • High-impact consulting role focused on long-term improvements.
  • Competitive day rate and flexible, remote working arrangement.
