Part-Time Retail Administrator

This opportunity will put you in the heart of a fast-paced start-up brand. You will be working with almost every section of the business - from suppliers and customers to warehouses and finance.

Your tasks will range from liaising with the warehouse and retail team to make sure stock levels are good. Chasing down late deliveries, booking in new deliveries, and working with the team to plan out orders of new stock.

A big part of your day is spent liaising and checking in on various business touch points. You'll spend a lot of time working with different people, at times wanting different things with different priorities. As a growing business, each day will present new challenges. The right person for this role with thrive on responsibility and won't feel overwhelmed by multiple tasks. You should be the kind of person that gets satisfaction from varied tasks and solving problems.

The Retail Administrator Benefits:

  • 9-1pm at least 4 days per week (Monday & Tuesday a must)

The Retail Administrator w ill be involved in:

  • Manage order processing
  • Planning & booking, through to reconciliation and invoice reviews, of retailer promotions
  • Retailer Issue management and escalations
  • Administration on the account
  • Support on quarterly reviews; Data analysis; Presentations
  • Sales demand forecasting
  • Close collaboration with the Operations Exec, MD and sales team, finance, and marketing
  • Support on Customer service emails

The Retail Administrator will have:

  • At least 5 years experience
  • Previous experience working on retailers, e.g. supermarkets, amazon, etc
  • Detail orientated with 'right every time' attitude
  • Must have good Excel skills and able to use and build spreadsheets using formulas
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in staying calm under pressure and sorting problems with minimum fuss
  • Experience working with numbers
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Thrives in a busy environment and able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Flexible attitude and enjoys challenges and learning new things
