Ryder Reid Legal is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join one of our prestigious international law firm clients and lead the charge in organizing firm-wide internal, external, and client-facing events. From seminars and roundtables to client dinners, receptions, and conferences, the Events Manager will ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management for events, from initial design to on-site execution.
- Conduct site visits, secure venues, and manage contracts.
- Prepare event proposals, manage budgets, and process payments.
- Collaborate with partners and the European Marketing and Business Development team.
- Oversee the creation of event materials and manage logistics.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure client contact information is responsibly stored.
- Attend events and manage on-site logistics.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level education.
- 3-7 years of event management experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with InterAction preferred.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, with potential travel.
