Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Oversee customer orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing shipment updates and addressing client inquiries.
- Invoicing: Track shipments and charges to ensure invoicing is done accurately and on time.
- Customer Service: Resolve any client issues professionally and efficiently.
- Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to arrange pickups and manage deliveries.
- Route Optimisation: Work with the transport manager to optimise delivery routes.
- Warehouse Collaboration: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
Desired Candidate:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in logistics or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
