Due to their continuous growth, my client has a newly created opening for a qualified Finance Manager to join their reputable organisation based in South Kent.
Duties will include:
- Management of two direct reports
- Development of annual budgets and forecasts
- Thorough analysis of financial data including budget variances
- Presenting findings to management
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Evaluation of accounting systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in the development of strategic and long-term financial plans
The successful candidate will:
- Be CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualified
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Have experience supporting and training a team
- Be confident in bringing in new ideas and improvements
- Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
