Our client is a well-established business within the manufacturing world and they are looking for an immediately available Customer Service Administrator to join them on a 3 month temporary basis in their Tyldesley office.
Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator you will be:
- Manage inbound customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Deliver accurate and timely information on our products, services, and order statuses.
- Seamlessly process customer orders, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Elevate the customer service experience, actively engaging with clients to foster organic growth.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with tact, empathy, and a commitment to resolution.
- Maintain meticulous customer records, updating interactions, account details, and order information.
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration to guarantee customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution.
- Uphold and manage customer sales order reports with precision and diligence.
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Have at least 1 year experience within Customer Service Administration
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical acumen to discern and address diverse customer needs effectively.
- Good time management skills
