An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Assistant to join a Brighton based luxury cruise company. Working with the product and commercial teams to enhance product offerings and assist with competitive pricing in the market. This is a Monday-Friday role and carries a salary of up to £27,000 plus bonus.
Product Assistant responsibilities:
- Update and maintain travel package information and pricing on the system
- Liase with suppliers to ensure accurate travel package content
- Work closely with the sales team to pass on product information and support
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive pricing and update website content
- Participate in FAM trips to enhance product knowledge
Product Assistant skills required:
- Travel industry experience desirable although graduates may be considered
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- MS Office proficient, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of travel systems or systems such as Wordpress or Hubspot beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
