The Office Marketing Administrator role

As the Office Marketing Administrator, you will support the team, including directors and quantity surveyors, with a variety of administrative and marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Directors with team communication and management
  • Accompany Directors to internal and external appointments, take minutes, and compile meeting notes
  • Manage client portals
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and messages
  • Maintain the internal database system
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming and outgoing post
  • Purchase office supplies (stationery and refreshments)
  • Ensure meeting rooms and the office are clean and tidy
  • File, photocopy, and scan documents
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Manage and update content for the company website, brochure, and newsletters
  • Handle social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and engagement
  • Attend networking events
  • Prepare client service and fee proposals
  • Complete PQQs and tender documents
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies

The Office Marketing Administrator

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly professional and presentable
  • Experienced in administrative or marketing roles
  • Skilled in time management, organization, and multitasking
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) and experienced with Adobe Editor or similar software
  • Familiar with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media platforms, website content management systems)
  • A holder of a full UK driving licence with access to a car
