Accounts Assistant
Location: Wickford, Essex
Hours: 35 hours per week (office based)
Salary: £12.50 - £14.00 per hour
Our client is a leading dental group located in Wickford, Essex who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
The role is a new role, but at the moment will be as follows:
- Accounts payable
- Scanning, processing and reconciling invoices
- Processing payment runs
- Reconciling the payment
- Reconciling the Payroll
- Reconciling the bank accounts
- Working with Payroll as and when
- Working with the practice teams
Ideally, the Accounts Assistant will have experience with XERO accounting and HUBDOC, as well as good knowledge of excel and other Microsoft office packages.
The Accounts assistant must be a team player, but also able to work independently wih own initiative.
