A large UK retailer experiencing high growth, are looking for a CRM Assistant to join their CRM team of 4 to help with a migration project, moving all content/assets from one platform to another.
You will play a pivitol role helping them move everything across.
This is an initial 3 month contract role, likely to extend.
£140-170 per day, inside IR35.
3 days in Leeds offfice, 2 days working from home.
About the role:
- You will manage the transfer of all content (approx. 500 email templates) from the current CRM platform to the new one, (Bloomreach) – ensuring that content is transferred accurately and in the right format. This includes all images, copy and links.
- Ensure content fits the new CRM's structure and templates.
- Work with the IT and team members to raise any potential migration issues.
- Check quality of all content once transfer is complete.
About you:
- Experience in a similar CRM Assistant/Exec position, or could have worked as a Marketing Assistant/Exec with a focus on CRM.
- Experience with complex CRM systems – Bloomreach ideal, but not a must.
- Understanding of HTML coding.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently at pace.
- Eye for detail and great communication skills.
