KBB Recruitment are seeking an Area Sales Manager to deliver growth and profitable sales, targeting kitchen retailers and showrooms whilst maintaining and developingexisting accounts.
This is a full time permanent postion paying upto £45,000 plus bonus DOE.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering financial growth targets in line with company forecast
- Achieving sales targets for both new and current customers
- Preparing monthly information for 1-2-1s with the Sales Director, detailing success areas and opportunities for improvement and development
- Forward planning all customer visits and detail them on the CRM system
- Building relationships with customers, ensuring the retention and development of business, by providing the highest level of service
- Analysing reports on your customers' product sales and trends
- Managing display product placement and the verification of product displays among your customer base
- Negotiating rebate schemes with customers
- Attending Sales meetings, new product launch programmes and exhibitions as required
Candidate specification:
- Experience of business-to-business selling in the KBB sector
- Proven experience of excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the commercial marketplace and ability to analyse trends to formulate strategies, tenders and negotiation techniques to win new business
- Ability to influence, motivate and manage existing client relationships
You will be supplied with:

Benefits:
- OTE of approximately £65,000 including monthly commission and end of year bonus (based on £10K commission and a fixed bonus of £5K)
- Mon to Fri
- 20 days + bank holidays (it does work out as more holidays as we shutdown for Christmas each year but the number of extra days varies depending on how Christmas falls)
