Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility for evening and weekend events; one day per week work-from-home option)

The Role
As a Video Production Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of video project planning and execution, steering the process from concept to final product. Working closely with global marketing teams, you'll bring impactful ideas to life through visuals and storytelling. This role combines creative production with content management and coordination. You'll manage workflows, oversee project timelines, and liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure content is impactful, polished, and aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Lead storyboarding, filming, and editing for promotional and advisory videos, ensuring all work meets top creative standards.
- Project Management: Coordinate video production schedules and oversee quality control for timely project completion.
- Creative Leadership: Bring fresh ideas to campaigns, making data-driven creative decisions to elevate engagement.
- Brand Advocacy: Ensure content aligns with brand objectives by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovation in Visual Design: Use animated graphics, interview segments, and trending visuals to enhance content appeal.
- External Collaboration: Manage relationships with vendors and creative agencies, setting clear objectives, timelines, and feedback cycles.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 3+ years in video production, including directing, storyboarding, and editing. Experience with animation and graphic design is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Creativity and Vision: A compelling portfolio showcasing an innovative approach to video content, with a keen sense of current media trends.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various departments and bring video briefs to life.
