About The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Search Production Administrator (In House) to work for a growing technology business within the property sector.

The primary duties of a Search Production Administrator will be researching specific property related records that are maintained and managed by Local Authorities. This information is then reported back using a web-based questionnaire.

Although a 'home based role', you will work closely with the other members of your team on a day-to-day basis processing Personal Local Authority Searches and handling any specific queries that may arise. You will use a variety of systems to ensure that all orders are dealt with in a timely and effective manner. The primary objective of this position will be to support your team and making sure your searches are typed in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring accuracy of the local search.

You will need to ensure good lines of communication with your team leader and other colleagues and offer assistance to others when possible.

You'll be Involved In:

  • Contribute to processing searches quickly and efficiently (adhering to Company KPIs)
  • Use a range of systems to gather information, process and deliver results whilst maintaininga high level of accuracy in the searches you complete.
  • Ensure that queries are dealt with competently and if necessary, handed over to your Team Leader with all the required information.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a good rapport with the various Local Authority staff and your Team.
  • Prioritise your own workload ensuring turnaround times are consistent and in line with the company and client requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings to ensure clear and precise lines of communication between you, your team, and your Team Leader.
  • Develop product knowledge and participate in any necessary training

  • ?The Search Production Administrator (In House) will have to touch a target of 15 reports a day when in role.
