The workload will be very broad and will include inspecting a wide range of commercial properties and leisure businesses; advising clients as to the accuracy of their rateable values; submitting Checks and Challenges on behalf of clients; advising on and implementing business rates mitigation strategies and preparing Council Tax appeals.
