AWE is looking to recruit a Senior Enterprise Asset Management System Specialist to undertake the delivery of strategic Asset Management System capabilities within the Hexagon Enterprise Asset Management SaaS System, including integrations.

You will be responsible for delivering change from initiation through to deployment into BAU and therefore will work closely with multiple stakeholders, in particular, Asset Management leads, the EAM Operations Manager, and Information Services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) subject matter expert in terms of functionality and capability, supporting business areas in process development and system deployment.
  • Managing implementation of the Asset Management Functional Roadmap.
  • Working closely with the key Asset Management stakeholders.
  • Engaging with the business/stakeholders and IS to deliver strategic projects.
  • Project progress reporting to local management.
  • Tasking of a team member to support the delivery of the projects.
  • Supporting the development of requirements capture.
  • Ensuring designs meet the needs of the business and align with the function strategy.
  • Ensuring Design is fully documented, comprehensive system & user testing is completed, and end user training is provided.
  • Responsible for the deployment, including the transition into EAM operational team.

Although not considered to be a checklist, to be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate some of the following:

  • HNC/HND or equivalent in IT/Business management or Engineering Discipline.
  • Knowledge of the EAM system would be desirable.
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Be able to think strategically with an ability to translate strategy into plans.
  • Detailed working knowledge of legislation and its application in asset operations
  • Proven track record in leading and managing software platform operational use and development projects.

All candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role and be willing and able to work in designated areas.
