About our client:

My client is a UK based, nationwide fit-out and refurbishment company who specialize in commercial and Industrial business interiors, from conceptual design and feasibility studies through to full interior construction and client migration.

About the Role:

The Sales Account Manager will:

  • Work with existing customer base as well as new business contacts identify commercial opportunities, develop the opportunities working with the wider part of the team to point of order

  • Use their Business Management System (BMS), follow project and sales related procedures and ensure that sales and associated project data is saved as per policy to their project folder system.

  • Use their Multi Project Costing software, closely monitor the commercial progress of your projects.

  • Focus on opportunities that will help you achieve your profit target

  • Work with their supply chain / sub-contractor base to deliver projects, safely, to high standards without exceeding budget.

  • During the delivery phase, actively manage the project delivery team to achieve:

  • Profit

  • Health and Safety

  • Quality

  • Budget

  • Update the client CRM to provide accurate invoice forecasting and report potential orders/project opportunities

About the Account Manager:

  • Bachelor?s Degree
  • Proven experience in Sales Account Management
  • Experience generating quotes and tenders for projects
  • Should be a team player with an enthusiastic and positive approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, including written and verbal skills
  • ability to address client issues proactively, resolve conflicts, and provide effective solutions.

Points of appeal:

  • Working hours 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
