£28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience

My client is a UK-based property and planning consultancy established in 70 years ago. This firm provides a comprehensive range of services, including town planning, surveying, property management and development advice. My client operates across various sectors such as residential, retail, commercial, automotive, and leisure, offering strategic guidance and practical solutions to their clients. They have multiple offices across the UK and are looking for someone with a couple years' experience in the Town Planning industry to join their team in Manchester!
If you have experience in residential town planning, you have the opportunity to join this high achieving team. You must have a relevant degree in Town Planning, or relevant modules within a Geography degree will also be considered for this role. Good communication skills, in the form of written and verbal, are essential as you will be liaising with other key professionals and preparing reports.
