Multi-Language Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an Accounts and Sales Administrator to join our team at our Woodford office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in administration and familiarity with Sage 50. The successful candidate will handle both accounts and sales administrative tasks and it is desired that the candidate is fluent in Hindi, Urdu, or Gujarati.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage accounts work, assisting the bookkeeper and ensuring familiarity with Sage 50.
- Cover Sales Administration tasks as required by the business.
- Handle calls and process orders from customers across the UK and Europe.
- Communicate special offers and out-of-stock items to customers.
- Manage call routing and respond to customer emails through Microsoft Outlook.
- Update and process sales orders with transport booking.
- Upsell items not being ordered by customers.
- Revive dead customer accounts with a commission-driven structure.
- Perform other administrative tasks such as filing and EDI (Electronic Data Invoicing) for larger customers, which will be taught.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year's administration experience.
- Experience with Sage 50 is highly desirable.
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, or Gujarati is essential due to communication with suppliers
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in handling administrative duties.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to varying demands.
