We are hiring a Sales Executive for an exciting opportunity with a fast-growing company that is revolutionising outsourced payroll and benefits services. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the expansion of innovative solutions aimed at transforming employee engagement and internal processing for companies across the UK.

As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for our unique payroll and benefits service, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to close. You will play a crucial role in helping us enter new markets, expanding our customer base, and delivering the sales plan. This position requires strong experience in solution sales at the C-suite/Director level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Develop deep knowledge of relevant market sectors and value propositions.
  • Become an advocate for employee engagement solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio and territory, consistently exceeding financial and performance targets.
  • Represent the brand at conferences and business events.
  • Identify new areas for company expansion and contribute to strategic development.
  • Foster strong relationships with partners and support marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling complex service solutions, ideally in outsourced services.
  • Experience with payroll and pensions or workplace benefits is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM systems and sales pipelines.
  • Strong numeracy and understanding of financial models, including VAT, tax, and cash flow.
  • Organised, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
