Day to Day Duties
As a Customer Account Manager your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for the business with large scale accounts
- Dealing with high volume and demanding orders
- Managing orders from enquiry through to dispatch and everything in-between
- Dealing with queries
- Processing sales orders using SAP
Essential Skills
To be successful in the role of Customer Account Manager, the following skills are essential:
- Previous experience in an Account Management/Sales Administrator role
- Experience in a busy distribution or manufacturing environment
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively
Desirable Experience
The following skills are desirable for the role of Customer Account Manager:
- Experience with SAP system
- Available imminently
