I am looking for an IT Director for a SaaS company who can focus on project deployment and delivery.
My client has built a unique product that is used by companies across multiple industries. The product is completely bespoke, so no experience working with it is required; however, experience working on large-scale deployments will be.
Experience in:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in organizational design, change management, and project delivery.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a collaborative leadership style.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on results-driven delivery.
