Job Title: Care Management Assistant
Location: Bromley (Hybrid)
Salary / Pay Rate: £18 per hour umbrella
Job Type: Contract (4 months+)

The Role:

Working within Adult Social Care, we are looking for an experienced Care Manager Assistant to cover a Senior Business Support Officer secondment position. The role will entail the screening emergency services reports (Police Merlins & London Ambulance) for Business Support Officers to process as well as undertaking associated processing of these reports so we need a confident decision make who also is aware of safeguarding thresholds. The role will involve supervising 2 Business Support Officers, undertaking monthly 121's.There is a requirement to work in the office 2-3 days per week with the other days working from home.

The Candidate:

  • Experience of working with Liquid Logic
  • Extensive experience providing administrative support in an office environment
  • Ideally some experience of supervising others.
  • Extensive experience of producing meeting agendas, minuting meetings and writing up accurate notes and actions.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Software packages.
