This Top 15 full service advisory firm with a fantastic reputation for employee development, staff retention, and growth are looking to add to their existing and stable Corporate Tax department with the addition of a new Corporate Tax Manager. Ideally ACA/CTA or ATT/CTA qualified with a minumum of 4 years Corporate Tax experience. Joining the existing CT department of circa 20-25 staff, you'll immediately play a lead role in developing relationships with existing clients, supporting lesser experienced team members and taking responsbility for your own portfolio of a blend of Compliance and Advisory work for a range of clients across a handful of interesting industries.
In return, you'll be afforded with an unincumbered route of progression, not having to wait for the next 6mth window to be considered for promotion, close working proximity to your CT Directors and Partners meaning better support/development and just the right amount of air-time to allow you the opportunity to get involved with the more complex and interesting clients and projects.
About you...
- ATT/CTA or ACA/CTA Qualified
- Minimum of 4 years Corporate Tax experience
- Confident and adaptable in your communication style, able to build relationships with a diverse audience
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving, able to offer innovative solutions and recommendations relating to Tax Compliance and Advice
- Able to motivate others and effectively prioritise their workload
