As an Accounts Manager:
- Understand client needs and take initiative.
- Solve client issues for both business and personal finances.
- Provide quality advice with partners and advisors.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Manage deadlines and address issues with colleagues.
- Coordinate with other departments for project delivery.
What they need from you:
- ACCA/ACA qualification or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 4 years of general accounting experience
- Will have Business and accounting management experience in the music, theatre, and entertainment industries
- Some experience in team leadership, including training junior/semi-senior staff
