The Opportunity:
- One of the largest home providers with coverage across the UK. To work closely along side the Head of Governance as well as the board to help develop and grow the organisation in line with targets that have been set whilst insuring all areas of legislation and compliance have been met.
The Role:
- Support the Board with Day to Day activities
- Arrange and attend Board meetings, typically in person
- Minute taking at board meetings
- Ability to communicate with the Board and Senior Leadership team
- Maintaining internal processes ensuring regulatory, legislative and sector changes are met
Person Specification:
- Strong Experience in Compliance in a regulated background
- Highly detail orientated
- Self starter
- An enabler to work through rules and to be solutions orientated
- Ability to work in a face paced environment
