Axon Moore are pleased to be supporting a dynamic services organisation in Sheffield in the appointment of a Finance Manager - Management Accounts.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the end to end management accounts are prepared in a timely and efficient manner, providing key data and reports to the board and strategic decision makers, whilst being able to interpret key drivers within the business.
The business has a hybrid working structure in place so offers their employees significant flexibility.
The main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the delivery and output of monthly management accounts, leading the team and leading by example
- Ensure key stakeholders provide necessary information to enable the creation of management reporting
- Setting and managing the month end time table
- Working closely with business partners and commercial counterparts across the business
The ideal candidate should have the following background
- Qualified finance leader with solid management accounting experience
- Willing to lead others yet maintain a hands on approach
