Valeco Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client who are an established business, located on the West Side of Edinburgh to hire a permanent full time Sales Administrator.

You will be part of our clients business, who have exciting plans ahead with the opportunity for you in this as Sales Administrator to develop further throughout your career with them.

Based in the office Monday to Friday, working full time hours your role will be varied, managing your own workflow and deadlines from liaising with suppliers and building up lasting relationships to providing customers with an outstanding service where you will be assisting them with orders, deliveries or queries mainly over the telephone, web-chat or via email.

Working across Word, Excel and Outlook along with operating our clients internal systems where full training will be given. You will be confident in working across different systems and platforms, and have a good understanding on how to work daily across the MS Office Suite.

As Sales Administrator you will have the opportunity to grow and develop within the role, and further throughout our clients company as they navigate through some exciting change and future plans within this established business and brand in Edinburgh.

On offer is a starting salary up to £25,000(above market rate for this role) along with benefits including holidays(competitive) pension, discounts and more.
