Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain organised records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
- Assist in the preparation of board materials and other key documentation.
- Manage expense reports and ensure timely processing.
Profile
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the Private Equity, at least within financial services sector.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
