Description
- Handle non-invoice ad hoc payment requests, ensuring they adhere to firm policies and authorisations.
- Reconcile statements from suppliers and liaise with relevant stakeholders as necessary to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements within the disbursement processes to enhance timeliness and accuracy in recording all transactions.
- Assist in presenting training sessions for the PA's on understanding the disbursement process and resources available to them to access information independently.
- Provide flexibility to support other office cashiering functions as required, contributing to overall team effectiveness.
Profile
A successful Legal Cashier should have:
- Sound working knowledge of SAR rules
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels in a confident & professional manner
- Accurate input of data into various software systems.
- Flexible, adaptable and motivated team player with a proactive approach
- Basic working knowledge of Excel
- Familiarity with online banking systems
- Organised individual, with experience of working to deadlines
