I'm working with an international company who manufacture market leading power tools for the construction and engineering sectors.
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join a large UK sales team. You will focus on delivering valuable product training to customers, strengthening customer relationships and increasing sales performance.

Salary: £33.5k base salary + bonus scheme (realistic £8k to £15k additional earnings) + company vehicle + credit card for all expenses.
Location: Field-based covering Wales (SY, LD, NP, CF, SA postcodes) – focused on Newport, Cardiff, Swansea.
Duration: Permanent.

Responsibilities:
- Presenting products to clients, helping them maximise their efficiency.
- Work alongside colleagues to effectively follow up on leads.
- Regular travel to visit customers across your territory (4.5 days per week on the road).
- Generating and closing sales opportunities.
- Proactively engaging with training resources and absorbing knowledge.
- Managing your time and effectively prioritising your tasks.
- Maintaining an organised database of customers.
- Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
